It's that time of the year already, it's time to change your new (old) iPhone for a brand new iPhone 3GS with at least 32GB of memory. New iPhone is 2 times faster and 2 times better, and you can even record video now! eBay prices are already formed from $750 to $1100 for 32GB black model, but if you're starting your new contract with AT&T you can get 32GB model for $299, 16GB will be $199. I just visited official Apple page and found out about new features: now you can record, edit and upload videos directly from your iPhone, now it has voice activating feature, better search across the iPhone, and yeah, compass. They promised improved performance and updated 3D graphics which will deliver an incredible gaming experience. Is it gonna be 2 times faster? Probably not, but it will be faster for sure.
I don't know who's gonna buy older models if they're cheaper only for $50 for $16GB version (less than your monthly payment for your data services), but probably old phones stock is not huge, and after all, Apple knows well how to squeeze more dollars from your pockets. It's interesting how far those guys will go to sell this product, there is a survey published on
Gizmodo, independent study conducted by Forrester Research found that iPhone owners are better educated, younger, more affluent, and even more productive than their non-iPhone-using counterparts. So, if you consider yourself educated or young at heart and don't have an iPhone, you're loser. Me to. I don't believe in products and companies, I only believe in people. That peace of plastic and electronic will be outdated for a year and Apple will be richer. Is it a good product? Sure. Do you must to have it? No. But, if you like it, go for it.
