I was hooked on NI TRAKTOR from the first version. It was first software that convinced me to believe in new music digital formats. Now, over a decade of DJ software development, TRAKTOR PRO is here. There are two versions: TRAKTOR PRO ($199) & TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO ($599). You can chose which one is suitable for you, but if you're not into scratching I guess TRAKTOR PRO is the ideal selection. STUNNING EFECTS SECTION
TRAKTOR PRO comes with a brand-new, super-hot effects suite, featuring 20 new effects built using Native Instruments' ground-breaking REAKTOR technology. These are exclusive to TRAKTOR, and range from traditional delays and reverbs, to wild and unique tempo synced effects. The suite includes:
- Flexible FX routing of two independent FX slots
- Chaining of up to three effects per slot
- Maximum of 6 FX on one deck + filter
- Choose between one-knob Easy Control or "pro" mode
- Storable FX parameter defaults
- Automatic syncing of tempo based FX
- Additional individual high quality filters on each mixer channel combinable with external DJ mixer

- Auto beat grid – super accurate beat grids are generated automatically when the track is first imported into your collection
- Sync Lock - once tracks are synced in the mix- they stay that way. Sync lock ensures no beat drift between tracks
- Automatic master tempo detection – play with 4 decks and numerous FX with everything perfectly synced automatically
INDUSTRY STANDARD WORKFLOWS
TRAKTOR PRO has been designed with the needs of professional DJs firmly in mind. In this respect, a number of workflows have been integrated into the software that will be familiar to users of industry standard DJ equipment.

FOUR ON THE FLOOR
With four decks, TRAKTOR PRO makes adding tracks, loops or samples a breeze. Ultra-precise beat detection and an automatic beat-grid give you the BPM readings you need for mixing, while the new Sync Lock function ensures that beat-matched tracks never drift out of time. Intelligent loop and cue functions let you easily deconstruct and remix tracks on the fly, while the master tempo detection allows you to play with four decks and FX all sync’d automatically.
TRAKTOR IN EFFECT
Each of the four decks integrates legendary Allen & Heath™ Xone: 92™ 4-band EQ and filters, giving you full control of the entire frequency spectrum. For more drastic sound transformation, the incredible TRAKTOR PRO effects suite contains 21 effects chainable in groups of up to six at a time and controllable in either "easy" or "pro" mode. Everything from studio-quality delay and reverb to unique tempo sync’d performance effects such as IceVerb, Bitcrusher, Ring Modulator and Reverse Grain are included, all built with Native Instruments’ groundbreaking REAKTOR technology.
